this morning i got up at six to pick up a car booked through ebookers with a discount voucher but paid in full/advance and discovered they hadn't confirmed it - so no car. last week i had a sixth interview for one job but won't hear back till jan, and my friend got diagnosed with cancer.
christmas on track, then.
actually, despite this, i'm quite happy. a total stranger just rang me having receieved a card in a name similar to mine, and it turned out it was for my parents. how very festive!

edit: i should say - christmas hugs back (but with japanese-style mask over face coz i've had that cold and i don't want it again)!
