they keep charging me for my 'free' textsso i refuse to pay the bill
if i try and log into web site it says
there is a prob with your account please call
i called at 12:15 last night thinking it would be quiet
and yet it still reckoned they were getting a high number
of calls and i would have to wait in line
30 secs later it says, your phone has been barred
and hangs up.....

Call during peak hours.Graveyard shift call centre workers have a habit of taking the phone off the hook and sleeping. I know I did.
