I'm writing a song about Chike right now. Here's what I have so farSomewhere in space, there's a little Chike weeping
And the look on his face will make you hate the lord.
He's off on his way, on a tractor ride to sadness
He don't need no luggage, he just gets on board
Back down in Kentucky
There's a chimp with teary cheeks
and from the way that he's crying
he must have been there for weeks
I have to make things right,
So I let the chimp eat Chike
and by the end of the night
everything became OK
'cause the chimp was only sad
'cause the chimp was hungry
and now that he's eaten
He's taken Chike's pain away
