Dubya: Nuke 'em.
Condoleeza Rice: Mr. President we can't nuke 'em, they are not a country.
Dubya: Neither is Al Qaida.
Condoleeza Rice: We can't nuke them either sir.
Dubya: Oh FFS Condi. What should we do.
Condoleeza Rice: We should consider a new flag sir. One that fits our role in the world today.
Dubya: OK Condi. Our flag is stupid, even though I love it and everything it stands for. What does it stand for Condi?
Condoleeza Rice: Well Sir. The 50 stars are the 50 states of America.
Dubya: 50 states of Merka? You sure?
Condoleeza Rice: Yes Sir. I am sure. The 13 stripes represent the original 13 colonies.
Dubya: What's a colon?
Condoleeza Rice: A colony is what the 50 states were when we weren't owned by Americans sir.
Dubya: Not owned by Merkans? Who by?
Condoleeza Rice: The French, the English, the Spanish, and some others you haven't heard of.
Dubya: Fuck that Condi. We don't want 13 stripes. There is only one Merka. We want one stripe.
Condoleeza Rice: That's not a stripe sir.
Dubya: I'm the goddam president.
Condoleeza Rice: Yes sir.
Dubya: And the stars should be states that we have beat since I have been alive

Dubya: And states that we haven't yet beat.
Condoleeza Rice: But Sir there are 193 states that are yet to be American.
Dubya: That's OK. Some we don't need because they do what we say anyway, like Britain, Germany, Japan and Iraqistan.

Dubya: So we'll just have the ones we did recently and the ones on my list.
