I love these crackpot who think eating all this stuff will make them live better/longer.
The fact is that most of the people who've gone past 100 have eaten what these crackpots consider 'health foods'.
And now they go about smoking...but that's only a bad thing if you live in Birmingham, because most of the people on the old Anti-smoking ads came from Brummingham. Whereas my Gran in Yorkshire makes a cooling tower look enviromentally friendly and she's 70...80 something, and a tough old lady at that!
And as for global warming - JMB (Just more bolocks) because we need to be more worried about Global Dimming, (and no, I'm not talking about these nitwit nazis who think it's important that they tell us what to eat, how to live, what air we should breath - seriously, I liked it better then these people stuck to health and safety)
But if in doubt about Global Dimming, Wikkipedia - at least they don't tell you what to eat, or go and play doctor.
