See my Idea was the follwing.
Matt is said to Play Kirk. Which of course leads to Afflleck in one way or another.
So there is only one way to make this watchable.

Only logical way to reach this?....

what i saw of natm last week wasn't dreadful

was nowhere near smith's quality, but was enjoyable enough as a predictable mindfloss film.
