If everyone had to stick to the briefthere would be fewer entries and people would use a bit more thought. Instead of latching on to "lets do drugs for kids" again.
Also, people might go off and do something more interesting to post instead. You don't have to enter the image challenge.

the best entrys are always the ones that work hard
