A man goes into a scottish A&E, with a coconut wedged up his bum. The rather gruff scottish doctor tells him to go home, and in about 48 hours it will be shat out as a chocolate bar. The patient isn't pleased with this and says

"A chocolate bar, are you sure?"

To which the doc replies

"Aye, it's Bounty!" (only works if you read in a Scottish accent in your head)
