Still trying to get my head around file compression for avi to MPG, Quicktime and Real etc..
What do you find is the most efficient. So it's not too big and has a small frame size and is lossy?

i did the m3tatweening (see my profile but beware my profile is possibly fit inducing) and this as a divx4 (fast motion)i had problems getting really good compression though. I found a zip of m3tatween 2 with sound was about half the size which shouldn't really be the case.
I think the sound was part of he problem.
m3tatweening was put together in premiere then sound added in vegas, which let me use mp3 compression.
