# That's just bizarre...
I've seen some things like that, but that one is pretty absurd =P

# Yeah, I know.
Is it just me, or has b3ta stepped into a vat of treacle?

This is super, I am liking your diversification.
(, Thu 20 Sep 2007, 21:56, archived)
# Algebra was...okay.
It's at like 7:30 in the morning (literally) until 9:07. So I had my breakfast with me. And my friends kept stealing some of it. :(

Also, thank you.
(, Thu 20 Sep 2007, 21:59, archived)
# Who the hell thought early-morning algebra was a good thing?
I hope you get a decent lunch to make up for the stolen breakfast.
(, Thu 20 Sep 2007, 22:00, archived)
# Oh, god.
I don't know. And tomorrow I have Science first. With a hyper teacher. I did have a good lunch, actually. But I still missed my Froot Loops. That's the best cereal. It shouldn't get stolen. Heheh

# Froot Loops is the cereal of Satan himself
I like Cocoa Pebbles myself. :)
(, Thu 20 Sep 2007, 22:05, archived)
# Cocoa Pebbles are alright.
The commercials annoy me, though. And the back of my Froot Loops box has 'How To Be A Pirate' on it. ^_^
(, Thu 20 Sep 2007, 22:08, archived)
# I haven't seen a Cocoa Pebbles commercial for donkeys
/doesn't live in the US any more

ALGEBRA MAKES FOR YOU A CONCRETE FLOOR.

# I like it, but why weren't you doing algebra in algebra?
(, Thu 20 Sep 2007, 21:59, archived)
# Well...
I was but it was boring. Plus I had already finished my classwork. And my friends were laughing at me because it took me longer than them to finish. My friends are bitches. ^_*
(, Thu 20 Sep 2007, 22:01, archived)
# those horrible fiends...
I put my algebra to good use today designing the loading on a concrete floor.

it wasn't very exciting.
(, Thu 20 Sep 2007, 22:03, archived)
[challenge entry] ^seems i may have been wrong up there
edit/ but i will continue to mock that which i don't understand, it's the truly british thing to do.
also i'll dump this here.
(, Thu 20 Sep 2007, 22:04, archived)
# you can use other techniques to do it
I was checking the calcs, the pc runs the information I make sure it checks out... just makes sure I don't get fudged by the pc.

# It's important that Killerkitti is able to design a structurally sound concrete floor in later life
which is able to withstand specific loads.
(, Thu 20 Sep 2007, 22:08, archived)
# Yes. Fiends.
Also, anything having to do with algebra can't be very exciting, can it?
(, Thu 20 Sep 2007, 22:07, archived)
# when you put it into the real world it can be very exciting, if you imagine that a and b and x and y actually have real quantifiable objects or variables
then it gets quite fun... how do roller coasters work, that'll be thanks to fiddling about with force = mass × acceleration and Work Done and other things but it'll boil down from that to finding the best speed or the necessary speed to go up the next rise via algebra.
(, Thu 20 Sep 2007, 22:10, archived)
# Oh my.
And I thought that no one ever really used math in life. Heh. I won't, though. I'm gonna be a comic book artist.
(, Thu 20 Sep 2007, 22:12, archived)
# roller coasters?
see this is the sort of lunacy all your science leads to, it's madness i tells ya, why in the name of all that is holy would anyone be damn fool enough to go on a roller coaster, if god had meant us to go on roller coasters he wouldn't have invented height restrictions and queues and throwing up your dinner and stuff.
