# change each frame's framerate to '.07' or anything between .03 and .08
experiment a little bit, and make sure you preview in firefox, not IE

rather than 'delay' the frames, it will speed them up considerably

# .03 makes it jumpier =[
It's already on no delay, but I've seen faster gifs.. *is confuzzled*

# try the others
you'll find something comfortable

honestly, i usually go with .06 or .07

# Thankeeee
So does "no delay" not mean it's the lowest it can go?

Seems a bit odd for it to be so sluggish when I see gif's of movie clips and shizzle..

# right
"0" delay isn't the slowest, for some reason anything between that and below .1 will spazz the framerate

# Hmm, bizzarre!
Anyhoo, sorted now, thankee very much =] *hugs*

# Next I must work out transparency, and once again update the file..
Only for about the 4th or 5th time though...
*rolls eyes*
Edit: sorta found it, and it looked shite on that 'un, so never mind, maybe I'll use it in the future =]
