hey everyone - I was doing my daily stretches as recommended by my physipoherapist and my knee went "POP" (like poping bubble gum with rice crispies on the outside, not crunch or click or anything like that (the noises its been making for about 14 months)) and doesnt hurt as bad now! - wassup with that? anyone?
i'll ask the physiopherarapist on firday - see if she knows :D
