Now, if someone had control of a bot-net that could put 'infringing' pictures of him up faster than they could find them, would the whole internets melt?

Oh, and shouldn't they also be informing you of the appeals procedure under the DMCA where the service provider can certify that there is fair use and then they have to actually sue you or cock off?
