one week they are selling lighters

next week they are collecting for charity so that they can take kids around in a van

next week they are selling socks!

one guy i saw, repeatedly shouting "5 for a pound, yer lighters!"
decided to vary his pitch a bit with "i won't tell yer again!"
to which a passing shopper simply replied "good."
