I know a guy whose dad worked in a bank.
He's now part of the great unwashed, and they're living off his redundancy, and his wife's income. (She works for the newspaper)

the story's very similar to that of the littlest hobo... a cat trying to make it in a human's world, prejudice against skating cats means he can't even perform in some parts of Europe.
