Ihave got me text going vertical here. Dunno how. Photoshop 5.5. Any ideas how to rehorizontalise it?

Not sure if it's the same on 5.5 (CS2 here)but try holding down the left mouse button on the text tool icon... you should get another flyout menu with the option to change to horizontal text.
