# Just a flat transparency, like a certain percentage tint
Now, can anyone tell me how I find out the Pantone colour from the CMYK vales?

I thought Illustrator did this, but the number it chugged out doesn't correspond to anything I can find...

# tattyshop
though I spect you could do it in Illy too

get the colour picker, bung in the CMYK values down the right, click 'Color Libraries' and it'll match it (as close as) in whichever library you choose in the dropdown
