sorry to tj.. but does anyone know of a program that will instantly split a video down into it's composite frames and save them as jpegs? or am i gonna have to faff about and do it individually?

all seem to just support individual fram exporting rather than do it en mass in one go.. ho hum. individual it is.. thanking you. :)

should work with quicktime files out of the box (unless they've changed it) and there are plug-ins for other formats.
