i get photos like that when I place my DV wide angle adapter
over my stills camera - and as it doesn't actually fit, it vignettes almost exactly like that

this was a cheapo 20 quid fisheye off ebay. Korea or someplace.
Attaches lovely to my Fuji S5600. It aint the greatest camera, but I do like it.
