This compo has made me listen to loads of seldom listened to albums
like The Bends and Pablo Honey. For this reason, I like this compo.

I'm not too into the earlier stuff but I adore In Rainbows, so I've been playing the LP a good few times this week.

I know it's quite an audacious and controversial claim but
I think In Rainbows is their best album yet

I don't think its quite as consistent as OK Computer
But it's stand out tracks are some of the best ever.

I disagree.
I think it's more consistent. There's no Paranoid Android or No Surprises (my personal favourites), instead it's just a constant level of excellent songs.

I both and neither think the songs are more and less consistent.

But the consistency of the previous
is almost equal to or at the very least greater than the latter which could also be considered the lesser by a nanometric distance.

I liked that video you posted on /links the other day, by the way.
The song about Colin the cat. Although the lead singer was a bit annoying.

I'm biased towards him because he was in Mclusky, and boy do I love that band.

Its quite wierd
I never used to like radiohead before (not an indie fan) but i loved 'The Eraser' so much, it made me try to get into them.
So far, i really like In rainbows and Kid A. OK computer is ok, but the others seem a bit too indie-y for my electronic taste buds.
Just seems strange that as soon as i get used to hearing thoms voice a lot - i see his mug on here too!

According to my parents,
I was the biggest Wackaday fan in the world when I was younger but I have absolutely no recollection of the programme. None. And I remember other shows from when I was that young.

No, but he can batter you with his
big pink thing and sing 'Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot Bikini' at your sister.

How the heck does timmy mallet know if theyre the 'correct' responses?
Im vaguely 'yoof' and ive never heard of half the people they are on about.

That's not the point.
It doesn't matter who they say, they just have to say someone, without repeating or hesitating.

Also, I refute the claim that you have to be 'yoof' to like grime.

What, they were grime artists then?
Blimey - i thought i would have recognised at least a few of em as i live and breathe dubstep right now.

Get to know.
Not many dubstep fans on here. We should stick together.

*sticks*
I cant really get into grime though - i just hate overbearing vocals like rappers, MCs etc.
Dont suppose you live in birmingham and are going to Eardrum on the 27th? Skream, Caspa and lots of others will be rotating their plastic discs. Should be good.

Nope.
I'm off to Uni in the other end of the country next week, Plymouth. Benga - on my birthday - in fresher's week. I just hope I make friends who are into to dubstep so I don't have to spend my birthday alone. Not going to miss it though. Subfocus too but I'm mainly going for Benga.

I just cant get enough of the dubiously named Goth Trad
Saw him do a set accidentally in a club in Tokyo last year - he more or less got me into dubstep. Saw him again at DMZ in leeds a while back - he remembered me from Tokyo!

I've been helping a mate clean out his music room today so I've been killing spiders with a dustbuster since noon.

It's really, really, REALLY bad luck to kill spiders.
They're just ugly little puppy dogs, be nice to them.

i don't believe in luck
and i'm not scared of spiders, i just fucking hate the things and their nasty stringy sticky shit all over the place...especially across the front door when i go out...

substitute "spiders" for "gay people" and I think you'll realise how disgraceful you're being.
