Try a new profile.Edit your Firefox shortcut, adding -profilemanager to the end of the Target field.
Create a new Profile, and test to see if it goes wrong too.
If not, copy your bookmarks and passwords over and reinstall any extensions.
edit: btw, I hope you're telling Mozilla about it so they can fix it :)
