No it's not.
Spike Milligan's was.
One dark day in the middle of the night,
two dead men got up to fight.
Back to back they faced each other,
Drew their swords and shot each other.
A deaf policeman heard the noise,
And came and shot the two dead boys,
If you don't believe this lie is true,
Ask the blind man he saw it too!

My sister Julie is bigger than me
And she can lift me easily
I can't lift her; I've tried and tried
She must have something heavy inside.
And there was one about a worm, too...

mine was from memory as well
and I've just realised that second line doesn't sound right. It may have been 'she picks me up quite easily' or something.

Well, only the first verse is recited by him.
The second is my favourite as it contains the excellent line 'the frumious bandersnatch', which I REALLY want printed on a pair of knickers.
