Or do they genuinely give you the horn?
You seem to be doing lots of them these days.
Theyre rather well done, but im a little creeped out by the frequency of them!

make a human skin layer and set it to "difference transparency" and magic wand all the bits of skin from the bottom layer to the new raster layer we will call the skin layer.
the result is a creepy black woman.
copy the skin layer and paste onto a squirrel
select the bg layer of the squirrel and copy its fur.
Take that fur and make it a new layer on top of the skin layer.
call the new layer "over skin layer" and make it partially transparent.
finally make a third layer and whack on a squirrels head
edit : and don't forget to change the skin layer back to normal transparency and use clarify on it to make the light and shadow work a bit harder.
Thats as close to a tutorial as I can do

edit : Cheddar cheese was sometimes (and still can be found) packaged in black wax, but was more commonly packaged in larded cloth, impermeable to contaminants but still allowing the cheese to breathe, although this practice is now limited to Europe and to artisan cheese makers. In the United States, Cheddar cheese comes in several varieties, including mild, medium, sharp, extra sharp, New York Style, Colby/Longhorn, white, and Vermont. New York style Cheddar cheese is a particularly sharp Cheddar cheese, sometimes with a hint of smoke.
