someone once asked me to write them a reference

I got a letter saying "please write reference on pro forma provided" the "pro forma provided" was a blank sheet of A4 with "PRO FORMA" written on the top of it.

I was scared, I didn't want to upset my friend by writing truth ie: "Under no fucking circumstances ever should this individual work in the capacity that you would expect from him" so I er.. just didn't write it.

never found out what happened :D

edit: before anyone gets upset at me for being a twat I would like to point out it's unlikely he passed the psych evaluation :D
