i've got chronic rhinitus so i've always got a stuffy head and everytime i catch a cold i get really bad sinusitus. lucky me. the best thing i've come across is a prescription steroid spray which i'm only allowed once a year by my doctor as apparently is extremely addictive.

I get the same thing, every time I get a cold it is guaranteed that I will get a sinus infection or really bad sinuses
