# i love billy, i just got into him about 6 months back
but his lyrics are sometimes bizarrely awful:

Now that the space race is over
It's been and it's gone and I'll never get to the moon
Because the space race is over
And I can't help but feel we've all grown up too soon
My son and I stand beneath the great night sky
And gaze up in wonder
I tell him the tale of Apollo And he says
Why did they ever go?
It may look like some empty gesture
To go all that way just to come back
But don't offer me a place out in cyberspace
Cos where in the hell's that at?

# See ...
Now I want to punch him in the face.

I still think that one of the best lyrics ever written was

"It's wrong to wish on space hardware."

# i wholeheartedly agree
I big fan of, less profound, but still ace ones like:

"It may have been camelot for jack and jacqueline
But on the che guevara highway filling up with gasoline
Fidel castros brother spies a rich lady whos crying
Over luxurys disappointment
So he walks over and hes trying
To sympathise with her but he thinks that he should warn her
That the third world is just around the corner"

"just because you're better than me, doesn't mean I'm Lazy
Just because I'm dressed like this doesn't mean I'm a communist"
