take it from megiving up smoking is the best thing I ever did. I also have no hair ! so I save on haircuts too ;)

I did it before, for 5 years.smoking has always been a take it or leave it thing for me ( like most drugs ). It's just annoying me that now I've decided to quit I'm going mental actually wanting one, whereas last night, when I had not quit but not smoked for 5 days I gave it no thought.
