I think it would be a cause for concern in the story posted above - this clearly wasn't because the kids were hungry and desperatehow that translates into law-speak i don't know.

they don't usually kill the fish, do they?animals are generally more cruel to each other than we are (except for our indirect efforts like removal of habitat etc)
