Change? The olde gals had little to say about it.
I'm not sure if I understand the direction of this Vote for a Change thing.
Dilution of the electorate is an olde game that has served the Statists more
than it ever has for the Progressives. Keep your eye on issues and ability.

The cocks also vote for other cocks
It's a complete Animal Farm: All cocks are equal but some are more equal than others

Basically, yes.
My first version was longer with "and only the cocks get to run."
But I tightened the quip up to be more direct and to the point.

I'm not sure I understand the direction of this campaign either. The petition looks almost deliberately vague:
"Politics is now too important to be left to the politicians. At the next election I want to be able to cast my vote for a new parliament and a new politics.
I demand the right to be able to vote for a changeā¦"
Clear as mud, right? What are they actually asking us to sign up to? A referendum, apparently, but on what? Proportional representation? Reform of the expenses system?
A whois query shows that voteforachange.co.uk is registered to Soapbox Communications, a "communications agency", but it isn't clear who the client is. Could it be Brass Eye?
