as Hanson possibly thought they were writing something credible, which is remarkably the case in terms of production and catchiness, much like the Prodigy and Nirvana achieved.
If you mean crap painfully marketed music produced by fat men purely for the sake of making money then I think you want anything by Steps

Absolutely.

Nirvana was, essentially, a pop band - or was at least half the time, anyway. I'd cite Kurt's admiration of Abba as evidence.
