# Oooh don't get me going, I got charged 60 quid for going £1.14 into the red,
I was guessing a train station ticket machine, being directly related to cash machines, would reject payment if the funds weren't there, I was wrong, and they won't change their decision cos 2 years ago I made a similar mistake when ordering thru Paypal.

Cunts.

A mate of mine is currently 600 quid out of pocket for similar reasons and 2 months on is still trying to get ahead of their charges as each direct debit goes out.

Utter utter cunts.

# I'm with the cooperative
Never had any problems with them. They do have penalties but it works both ways. You get charged if you screw up and the same if they do.

# you'll be able to get that back.

# Cheers!
The actual phoneline I was given to ring and complain on had a set recording playing that told you that due to that test case going thru they would definitely NOT be doing any charge refunds in the mean time.

Nice.

But I ain't giving up on it and I hope my friend won't neither, esp if the court case goes against em!

# Really?
I complained a few years back and got £200 odd returned from charges over the previous 6 months. However, that was their fault as I had requested a direct debit be changed date wise.
