Very well done to you! That is an amazing achievement you should be proud of yourself!

I'm off the diet at the moment while I recover from knee surgery but am really afraid I might undo all the good work I did so am trying not to be too naughty. (I lost 3st in two years but put 1st back on last year).

if you can't move about much, you probably will put a few pounds on. don't diet while you're recovering, you need all your strength. whatever you do, don't try to exercise before you're properly healed, it's not worth it!
