I was in Hampstead the other day and they had an HMV
I hadn't seen one in yonks and I went in for a visit, it was like a time machine to the mid 2000s.

I found an old HMV gift card from yonks ago, and went to the branch in Crawley and exchanged it for a couple of those compact disc things
Nobody was more surprised than me!

I bought 2 CDs last year
I dunno what to do with the 4000 I have in storage - can't be arsed to rip them all (and it's probably technically illegal)

I've not bothered ripping / downloading anything.
Now if only the film industry could sort something similar out for movies and TV then I'd be very happy.
