There shouldn't be any parties. Just people.When they all get voted in they should put them all in a big room to make friends and stuff, and form into groups. A bit like Freshers week at Uni.
Then each group picks a leader, and the biggest group takes charge. Oh, and nobody should ever get re-elected.
