I'm pretty sure that comment would lead to an arrest if someone were to report this video to the authorities. It's pretty much promoting hate crime.

personally i think we should just fill a stadium with all of the fucking extremist idiots from both sides and televise it
it would be excellent, we could lob in weapons and supplies, call it the 'Fuckard Games'. When it gets down to the last survivor, he gets a badge that says 'The biggest Fucktard' then gets sent to prison for murdering all the others.
