2 reasons
1) The TV integration. My 360 is the main hub of the living room. I stream stuff from my PC to it, I use it for music, skype, pretty much everything. The XB1 looks a giant leap forward from that. Channel surf with my voice? Hell yeah.
2) I have kids and the xbox is way more kid friendly with Kinect etc.
If I was single and played console games online and swapped games etc then I'd buy a PS4. Since I'm a PC gamer with kids and everyone uses the xbox in the house, it's a way better fit for me.

I have a PS3 and Xbox 360 and I use my PS3 and the central TV/Gaming hub and the Xbox purly for gaming.
