This is a normal post I'm planning on eating there this week
Friends have been and raved about the quality, and also the friendliness and enthusiasm of the people doing it.
A wholly admirable project.

Cooked by an experienced chef and you've got yourself a bargain. They won't use meats etc. that could be contsminated. Also, think of the amount of posh restaurants you might go to that do this sort of thing anyway to help save coin. You don't know, do you?

This is a normal post I do have some idea
I worked for a couple of months, years ago, in a professional kitchen. Not posh, but a good standard.
One of my jobs was peeling manky carrots, some totally blue-black with mould, down to the remaining crunchy orange bits. Minging.
