would not wanna raise 2 kids back in nyc... or in an apt no matter how nice. this chap looks like he has the penthouse but still. ugh. strollers. subway trains. dog piss everywhere and the fer of your kid getting hit by a bus or fuckin mad cabbie. No thank you sir.
