There's a mate of mine who lived in China for a decade
when he first moved there he went to a park with his wife and daughter for a break from dreary urban hideousness that is Beijing. To his horror, as he walked beneath the trees, he realised patriotic, Party approved, 'relaxing,' music was wafting out of the branches.
