Not quite sure that "noone gets hurt" is accurate:
isn't it simply that some people manage to avoid getting hurt whom we might expect not to have? There's quite a lot of these where others are hurt. The guy being pulled from the burning car at 6:50 probably wasn't giggling too much.
And the music caused me great distress.
