This is a normal post It's a Fox-body; that's easy to fix.
There's no engine bay that's swap-friendlier than the Fox; you can go from anemic 2.3 4-banger right up into 500+ horsepower Mod Motor madness in an afternoon. Or in the bang-for-buck category, one of GM's LSx series engines can provide the foundation for cheap power, although most Fordnatics will fail to be impressed.

And while many of the uninformed might engage in a bit of knee-jerk "eww, pushrods" sneering, an OHV design offers superior packaging from an engine height point; you can keep those gorgeous low hoodlines when the cam drive is folded into the block.
