Regardless of anyone's interpretation of 'molestation,' he fucks up at the end by refusing to comply with the cops. Who the fuck did he think he was? Even if there were language issues, given he was a tourist, that would sort of indicate he wasn't to thick or ignorant to understand what a cop is, or how to behave when gestured by cops to go with them.

You're assuming the police officers are telling the truth
rather than massively embellishing the incident because they took a dislike to the guy.

Yes I am, and of course there's every possibility they are completely bent
