I have borrowed a BOSS RC3 from a friend. Its solid and can store up to 3hours onto 99 memory spots. It pops up as a USB device with wav files on it, I recommend it! You can get two cheap sustain pedals and plug them into it and you get three footswitches working so you don't have to bend down much.
It eats 9V batteries though.
