Even if it's a deliberate use of Koran imagery the main outrage is that he has trodden on it, but you can see the blank page he treads on goes backwards, it's a different page that goes up in the air.
Extraordinary world we are trapped in when this is front page news and feels like a reason for a holy war.

Why should I respect any religion/fairy tale?

It'll get shared as evidence of islamophobia, as a reason to be islamophobic, as an example of atheism being the best, as an example of political correctness gone mad, as an example of people being snowflakes...
And by fanning those social media arguments, it will lead to more clickbait in the future.
