Do you throw the ball over the jumps
to get him to do some of those?
See if he will jump to catch a Frisbee over them. That would be awesome.

Its more the other way round
He constantly brings me the ball wanting me to throw it over things because we did it once when he was a puppy! My shoulder is destroyed from the constant never ending throwing on long walks
