This is a normal post I imagine you would need to stew it for quite a while
what with it basically just being a lump of gristle. I would use a slow cooker. Put some beef bones in a very hot oven with some quartered onions, celery in 3 inch pieces, carrots in similar sizes and cook them for 45 minutes until deeply browned. Put that in with the `sausage`, cover with water and cook for a few days in the slow cooker, adding water if needed.

Only put in the `veg` about half an hour before you want to eat so they stay tender.

Personally I think they taste too much like spam, don't really like them.
