This is a normal post
I bought the F1 when it was released and I still use it. It is awesome at HS filming but as the previous post said it needs masses of light. Using it in daylight usually gives fantastic results, but anything indoors will need special lighting that is not using AC voltage. Anything connected to the mains will cause flicker in the film so I usually use floodlights connected to a 12 volt battery.

More recently.... LED flashlights are getting very powerfull and I found they are sufficient to illuminate @ 300 and 600 fps if the objects are not too far away. Try using one of these on the train. The results will amaze you.
