This is a normal post My brother works in Tokyo on the 26th floor
The lifts are disabled during earthquakes, so he had to go down 26 floors to stand in the street while lamp posts and trees whipped back and forth. Then had to walk back up 26 floors after they were let back in. He was then subject to many big after shocks.
