This is a normal post His dad's cousin, if this is any way legit
as opposed to the usual dad's brother. My cousin's daughter is my cousin once removed, I can't remember what she'd call me.. We generally say cousin unless there's any need to specify

This is a normal post But we have little to go on.
The guy's name is 'Osama', he died, and he gave him guns apparently. We have nothing else to go on.

We are not given the deceased actual name. The guy on facebook seems to be from the phillipines, and he's a christian. That doesn't exactly scream of him being THAT Obama's nephew.

I know in Qatar, many older locals had second or third wives who were Filipino. First wife for family, second for love, third for sex. It's possible that this guy is related, but it's just as likely he's deluded.
