I don't get it.
Why would a man cleaning up graffiti wear a suit? Surely overalls and a hi-vis jacket would be better?
Is this in Brighton? Where abouts?

It doesn't make a huge amount of sense I admit......
It's both Brighton and Berlin. It sometimes switches from one shot to the next, to keep you on your toes :)
